A Year of Blogging

Write the first sentence of the first post of every month in 2006 … I’ve also included one random photo from my flickr account from each month.
January “Well, it is 2006. Hard to believe. Let’s see how long it takes me to write the correct year on checks and things like that…” (Makes me wonder where in the hell this year went!)
February “Your list Who is on your list? You know, those who you have a free pass to have an affair with should they come knocking on your door.” (That was a Question of the Day. Nothing in life is free!;-) )
March 1. Who’s the better pig – Babe, or the pig from Charlotte’s Web (can’t remember his name)?
I prefer Babe- he was cute (for a pig). (That was another meme, Wednesday Mind Hump.)
April- We were out last night and snapped this photo on the cell phone. (No, not the flowers below- storm clouds instead… That’s April for you.)
May- May is one of my favorite months. (Yes, I could use some of that May sunshine and warmth right about now.)
June- Thirteen Things Fleur De Lisa Does Every Week Day (Back when I had the time to do Thursday 13.)
July- 1. Have you ever been searched by the cops? No way! No cop has ever laid hands on me…um… (Ah, the questions I’ve answered here. Scary!)
August-1. Would you rather interview or be interviewed? Interview. I’ve done more of that. (That was a “Lizzie Quizzie” back when Lizzie had time to do those. August was the month I moved over here to my new blog.)
Septmeber-I Couldn’t Resist-I’m off work today and I’m trying to get the house cleaned up so I can play the rest of the weekend. (Labor Day weekend)
October-Â Pumpkin Farm Tour-We went on a visit to a pumpkin farm today. (Seems like that was just yesterday.)
November-On The Rocks-I picked up my empty glass this morning and this is what I saw as I held it up. (This is what happens when I have a camera at hand.)
ecember- World AIDS Day- There are over 40 million people living with AIDS. (Short, sweet and to the point.)
It’s been quite a year so far, full of experiences.Â
